Complete Prophecy:
A country is overrun by an unusual security force. They monitor the community by high level 'Digital Surveillance Trucks' having 'Large Sensors'. Whole communities are targeted, the suspicious penalised, properties vandalized. Many of the people are terrified. They seem to receive some sort of duty from the people.
