Distress and Calamity will mulitiply

While in the prayer the number '99' appears then a third '9' moves into place showing '999'.

Interpretation/Instruction:

The distresses and calamities being experienced by mankind, will escalate multiplied worse because mankind has refused to repent and save himself from his own self-affliction. [Psalm 36:6 Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.]
