The affects of the tropical storm Raphael has taken a huge toll on the Caribbean. Tropical storm Raphael lashed the Eastern Caribbean with heavy rains that have unleashed floods on Islands around the region. The storm was centered about 100 miles northwest of Saint Martin while gradually moving away from the Virgin Islands
