Complete Fulfillment:
An 8 month old baby died when a bus on Boulevard East near 56th Sreet in West New York went out of control and struck a lamppost, which in turn fell onto the carriage the baby was in. The Driver was charged with reckless driving, using a cellphone while driving, and death by auto.
